Located in the Herdsman Business Park, Optima is comprised of two multi-storey commercial / retail buildings with a combined floor area of 16,000 m2 and 515 car bays.

Optima is unlike any other building in the Perth suburban office market. The building is Perth's largest PCA A-grade suburban office building and is the only building outside the Perth CBD to have been accredited a 4 Star Green Star from the Green Building Council of Australia and is on target to achieving a 4.5 Star NABERS rating.

Sustainability initiatives employed in the design of Optima include external shading devices, HVAC energy analysis systems, water efficient systems, energy efficient lighting systems, and a winter garden. In addition to bringing the outside in, the automatic glass louvers of the winter garden provide fresh air and cut cooling costs significantly.
