The building is intended as a high quality alternative to existing medical centres in the area.

The ground and second floor offer sole occupancy tenancies to be fitted out by Practitioners, while the third floor contains six two-bedroom apartments, each with external balconies.

The facades of the building are a combination of concrete panels with an extruded aluminium composite panel structure and an articulated black glass facade to the Cambridge Street elevation. The scale and strong sculptural form of the building anticipate the future densification of Cambridge Street.
